Returns & refunds
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most products. See terms and exceptions below.
- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
- Any return should be in the original condition and packaging
Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
• Personalized orders
• Customized product listings
• Open box items
• International orders outside of Canada and USA
A refund to your original payment method will be made upon receiving the return item(s). Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please contact us via email to start a return process.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
